Are you in grave Danger?

      Al Hamdu Lillah who kept us one more day to work for His satisfaction and walk in the shadow and the shade and His Grace. Al Hamdu Lillah who gave us another day which is another chance to behave, and correct our acts before it is too late. Ya Allah, please accept from all of us, and save it till we need it when the day come. And the end of our Dua is: Al Hamdu Lillah Rabbal Aaalamein (Ayah 10:10).

      A Scholar stood up to speak to a group and asked: are you in Grave Danger today? You think because you are a Muslim, because you believe in Allah SWT and Muhammad SAW, because you pray five times at the Masjid, because you are a good human beings, and treating other people in the most kind ways, you think you got things made. Well, I have a surprise for you, also few questions I will ask, you evaluate yourself through this.

      Why are you here today, this applies to this life as it applies to this little Air-conditioned place we sit in today. Are you here for things you think are good reasons to be here for, or are you here based over what Allah placed you in this life to do? Are you here because you have nothing better to do, or to enjoy the Air condition in this room today, or you are here so that people will say: this is a good person, what are your reasons please ask and answer yourself? Regardless of what answer you may give, let us hear what Allah stated as a reason for putting you in this life first. Allah said: I created Jinn and mankind only to worship Me (51:56). Are you fulfilling the reason why Allah created you, and how proper worship is done, according to the temptations of your hearts, or based over what Allah sent us in the Noble Qur’aan?

وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ

You need to know, you need to understand the reason why you are here today, otherwise, the result of ignorance in this case is extremely sad. Please come to understand why you are here today.

      I know no one of us wishes to leave him/herself to temptations, but we all do wish to worship according to what Allah told us in the book, then how we are treating this matter my friend? Please come first and learn this beautiful Dua (prayer): O Allah I seek your help; please do not give me worthless knowledge that is good for nothing, or place me in ignorance that does not even hurts.

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من علم لا ينفع ومن جهل لا يضر

Why I want you to learn and make this Dua my friend? Knowledge that benefit no one including those who learn is such a waste of valuable time, and may divert us in our search for the pat to Heaven, also will place us in stupid debates no one will change where they stand, or what we started debating about, it changes nothing. Knowledge requires all of our senses, if wasted over the silly good for nothing, and then we will wake up one day to face our Judgment when it is too late.

      Ignorance is so dangerous anyway we look at it, and the worst is that which does not hurt, why? If Ignorance does not hurt, then how we will wake up to correct the ignorance in us, it should hurt to wake our hearts first? If you do accept this Dua I gave here, then we need to avoid ignorance by educating ourselves first. If we need to avoid knowledge that is worthless and good for nothing, then we need to ask: what is the knowledge that is good and full with wonderful benefits? The answer for this question has a lot of wonders behind it, but let us not swim in such an ocean at this time, let us simplify a little and ask: what is the best among all knowledge? The answer is: Allah, what do I mean here? Knowing Allah, knowing about Allah, knowing for the sake of Allah, is the best knowledge ever, period, nothing come close or even match such a thing. Fine, where this is found, what book or books anyone of you may suggest, the Scholars, the Science books, the books of Hadeeth, or Qur’aan, or whatever else? All those books are full with wonderful things, but we need to place our priorities in the proper order first.

      Which book is the best ever, not according to you or me, but according to Allah and His prophet? Muhammad SAW said:

إن خير الحديث كتاب الله

the best Hadeeth (talk/speech) is the book of Allah, why? Allah said: and by what Hadeeth (talk/speech) after Allah and His Ayahs they wish to believe and accept 45:5?

تِلْكَ آيَاتُ اللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَ اللَّهِ وَآيَاتِهِ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Therefore, according to Allah SWT and His prophet SAW, the best ever is Allah and His book, which means the best knowledge found is found in the Noble Qur’aan, every other wonderful book or knowledge comes next, not first. All other books should be placed second or whatever number you wish to give, but Qur’aan and Allah are first always. Now the questions is: where are you in regard to the knowledge found in the Noble Qur’aan, how much you learned from Allah and His words? I know the answer to this questions is so horrible, and you know as well, why we are in such a state today?

      Let me share with you the answer for the above Question: Are You In Grave Danger Today? Because you do not have good knowledge of the Noble Qur’aan, let me share with you the answer for this 10:7:

إَنَّ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَرْجُونَ لِقَاءنَا وَرَضُواْ بِالْحَياةِ الدُّنْيَا وَاطْمَأَنُّواْ بِهَا وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِنَا غَافِلُونَ

“those who do not work for the great meeting with Allah, those who are content about this life, and those are avoiding learning our Ayahs/words”. You want to know where you will be next, are you so sure, well, let me make sure you know and not guess, if you are unaware of the Ayahs of Allah, if you are not even trying, if you do reject my effort to help, you will be in Hell till you come to use the time left of your life to correct, learning and studying also applying what Allah said, why? Allah said: those who do not pay attention, those who do not wish to know and learn the Ayahs and words of Allah, will not see Allah come the day, meaning they will never enter Heaven, no one in Heaven will not see Allah Eternity to come, but not seeing Allah is for those in Hell.

      Please study this Ayah well, yes most of us are in Grave danger, especially those who do not understand this life is not worth a wing of a bug, as Allah told us, do you wish to stay in this state of mind, or come to realize what we are doing together means life, and those who reject are seeking even that which is beyond death? Please treat this effort of sharing with you the words of Allah as important, and serious, please reach others because this is your duty, not because I need help.

رَبِّيْ زِدْنِي عِلْماً والْحقِقْنِي بِالْصَالِِحِيْن وِالْحَمْدُ لِلَّه رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْن
