Qur’aan Deep Study-19

Did you Thank Allah today

Ya Rabb; when I look all around I see your loving kindness in everything you did for your creation, when I see how perfect you are in everything you did I stand amazed, and stand in praising you Ya Allah, no other deserves praise apart from you ever. I am working to make you happy with my work, are You happy with me, please accept my work, and forgive me for that which I am not doing as I should, guide my heart to the right and righteousness. "اللهم يا عزيز يا جبار اجعل قلوبنا تخشع من تقواك واجعل عيوننا تدمع من خشياك واجعلنا يا رب من أهل التقوى وأهل المغفرة. And the end of our Dua (10;10): Al Hamdu Lillah Rabbal Aaalamein.

Al Hamdu Lillah Rabal Aalamein

We said this Ayah has: الْحَمْدُ “THE THANKS” how this shows up in the Noble Qur’aan, let us put our thoughts in order a little? Looking at the first Ayah of بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ we noticed how it came in every other Surah (chapter except one, and it is one of the great keys to understanding the Noble Qur’aan and the polite way to recite it. If we skipped the first Ayah here as a key, then the first door it opens is: The Thanks for Allah, what else? When we mentioned the name of Allah, and Al Rahman, and Al Raheem, immediately we say: Al Hamdu Lillah “THE THANS”, as if we are thanking Allah for being who He is, and for being the Merciful and Gracious in His Mercy. We also notice how Al Hamdu “The Thanks” is a key by itself, skipping the first key makes this one the first word in the Noble Qur’aan next.

Do you notice how there is a harmony so great between the words and the Ayahs (verses), when we said: in the name of, before asking in whose name, the names of Allah, Al Rahmaan, and Al Raheem were stated. When we saw the Merciful and Gracious in His Mercy, the THANKS came next in appreciation and wonderful response to this. A great wonderful Harmony exists through the whole book in an amazing wonderful great way like no other under the Heavens. Fine, this key “The Thanks” what does it open, also what is required in this case from us believers in Allah at this point? We are ordered here to thank Allah, and when we are ordered to do something; we need to ask: is what we are asked to do feasible and possible? As we study the Noble Qur’aan we will notice how every order Allah gave us is wonderfully easy and in our effort to perform with love and anxiety if we wish. This leads us to ask: then why some thank Allah and some don’t, especially when we speak about believers from us Muslims? Do you remember what we explained why we need to thank Allah for in the previous couple of messages? Allah says in Ayah (Verse) 55:60 says:

هَلْ جَزَاء الْإِحْسَانِ إِلَّا الْإِحْسَانُ

“is the answer/reward for kindness anything less than kindness in return”, since Allah gave us all what He gave, does He deserve anything less than The best Thanks possible? Imagine when Allah tells us something He also leads an example, how? When Allah says: is the reward for Kindness anything less in return; He applies this same to Himself, how? Ayah 14:7 says:

“and if you pay thanks, I will bless you with more and increase it, and if you disbelieve my torture in enduring and great eternity after this”. Now, this increment in blessing is applicable in both lives, whatever Allah increases in this life, He multiplies many doubles in the life next to this. Yes, even this applies to Allah, we do good, Allah will answer with better and greater goodness. However, the issue of why we need to thank Allah may still be little confusing to some of us who wish to always argue and debate, this leads us to our next discussion. Suppose you are in a closed space that is sinking under water, and you are running out of Air, you are about to loose it, and cannot breathe, then suddenly you find a small tunnel that brings Air that may keep you alive and breathing, wont you say: Thanks for this Air that keeps you alive? Imagine that you are thankful for the presence of Air, how about the one who made Air available and who provided it?

If Air is essential for breathing, Allah is essential in every aspect for our survival, and the provider of every blessing. Some may be thankful for the presence of Air, while need to thank no one but the One who provided it, which is Allah. Thanking Allah for the Air is the kind of a price to give, and who does not pay the price does not deserve even the Air they breathe, imagine. Ayah 4;147 says:

“what may benefit Allah in punishing you if you pay THANKS, and BELIEVE in Him, Allah also is thankful and with absolute knowledge”, wow, can you see how THANKS with believing may save us from Hell? Do you understand how Allah careless about punishing those who pay thanks, no punishment means entrance to Paradise and exodus from Hell. Therefore, Thanking Allah is another way to Paradise my friend, don’t ever forget to thank Allah today, and never forget to thank Allah always. Next time Insha Allah we will discuss some wonderful aspects of thanking Allah, and what to expect when we Thank Allah for everything, especially in remembering Allah always, and speaking His name. Is Qur’aan from Allah?

Al Salaam Aleikum, the argument now is about: the Seven Skies and the seven grounds-4 Allah mentioned, from the Divorce chapter Ayah (verse) 65:12, which says: اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَمِنَ الْأَرْضِ مِثْلَهُنَّ"”, how we need to discuss this Ayah from three Ayahs he brought?

When we look at the universe above us we notice the unmeasured space, we came to realize this space is beyond our imagination. At first we started measuring it with meters, then Kilometers, then we moved to millions of kilometers, then we started measuring with light years, and we just gave the distance above a new title, therefore, as we advance in knowing how the outer space is greater than anything we can imagine, we come with new measurements.

How our Muslim Scholars explained the seven Heavens, some said how the seven planets above our Earth are the seven Heavens, but this is not true, simply because we discovered a total of 11 planets, also some small (Dwarf) planets too. With this discovery our Scholars are back to searching for the meaning of the seven Heavens again. I personally do not accept their finding based over the words of Allah, how? Allah said in Ayah Al Kursi; Ayah 37;6 says:

إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاء الدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ الْكَوَاكِبِ

“Allah decorated the first/closer sky with the decoration of the planets”, which means: Allah made the planets like a wonderful decoration in the first/closer/lower sky. I believe all of us have seen how wonderful is the decoration of the planets applicable to the dark sky and the outer space. However, we are not discussing the meaning of decoration, we are discussing how all this took place in the first/closer/lower sky above us, which means: all those planets we see in the outer space are placed in the first sky, some researches estimated the distance from Earth to the edge of the system we live in is measured in light years, or billions of Kilometers where one light year is equal to 9,500,000,000,00 kilometers.

With this in mind, also with the discovery of how huge beyond our imagination things are out there in space we see how Allah gave us a wonderful explanation even before we discovered this. We also say: though we can show the foolishness of the Judeo-Christian book that describes how the sky above is in the water on our planet, we also can tell them, what Science discoveries show clearly in the Noble Qur’aan when Qur’aan says: all those Billions of kilometers are in the first sky. On the other hand, while Science support Qur’aan, Christians cannot deny us any of this. Even Christians speak of seven skies, however not according to the books they believe in, but as I said according to old books they dismissed as non Canon (not from God) as they say, but they keep repeating that kind of information without knowing.

However, it looks to me that what troubles this Christian is the fact that Allah spoke about seven grounds/Earths similar to the seven skies/Heavens. Some of our Scholars said how Earth has seven layers, the hardest is the one on top, which we live on. I will go about accepting this for the time being, though I have my doubts about it because Allah said: seven Heavens, and from the ground seven like them, and since Allah created the Heavens with such great space between them, then the seven grounds/Earths need to have same features according to how I see things, meaning the distance between each Earth/ground need to be huge and great as the distance between the seven Heavens. Now we, as human beings, we were looking since a long time for answers to the question: are we alone in this universe? We also went making fiction movies about other planets with other people on them, are we close to answering the meaning of this Ayah that may indicate six other planets like ours exist out there, and Allah gave us just an example and a hint. I will not try to go deep into this, and will leave it at this stage of our deep study, reflection and thinking.

On the other hand, we need to say to this Christian from Egypt: do not debate the Noble Qur’aan about the seven Heavens and the seven grounds/Earths based over the nightmare of your book and the huge mistakes in how it explains this issue. You need to see the signs of the Scientific discoveries that speaks how our Earth is in the first sky, not that the sky is in the water on our planet as your Christian book of Geneses explained, and this Christian accepted that nonsense. We also tell him; since you do not see the seven grounds, and they are not mentioned in your nightmare for a book, this does not mean they do not exist, and we as mankind are learning what Allah said in the Noble Qur’aan day by day, and little by little. Now, he mentioned two more Ayahs, we will get to this next time Insha Allah, and we will discuss them to correct his illiteracy and his lack of knowledge, for previous messages, please visit http://rahjx.net/msad.htm

Arabic Qur’aan

Learn how to read Surah (chapter) 2 in Arabic

We start with the letter و W sounding like: WA, then the silent ا A, followed with the letter لـ L that has ّ & َ to make the letter sounds like double LLA. Now we see the letter ذِ TH with a dash under it to make it sounds like THI, then the letter يـ E, and the letter نَ N with a Dash on top to make it sounds like: NA. The whole word sounds like: Wallatheina.

The letter يـُ E with the tone of ُ on top to make it sounds like YU. Then the letter ؤْ W with a ء and a ْ to silence it making both letters sound like: Yuoo. The letter مـِ M with a Dash under to make it sounds like MI, followed by the letter نـُ N with the tone of ُ on top to make it sounds like NU. Again we see the silent letter و W, followed by the letter نَ N with a Dash on top to make it sounds like NA. The whole word sounds like: Yuoominoona.

The letter بـِ B has a Dash under it to make it sounds like BI, the letter مـَ M has a Dash on top to make it sounds like MA, and the silent ا A that follows, the whole word reads like: Bima

أُنزِلَ: The letterأُ A like in An also the tone of ُ on to make it sounds like: AU, the silent letter نـ N, followed by the letter زِ Z with a Dash at the bottom to make it sounds like ZI, and finally the letter لَ L with a Dash on top to make it sounds like LA, and the whole word reads like: Unzila.

The Ayah reads this far: Wallathina Yuoominoon Bima Unzila
